CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable, and is forfeited entirely if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If the client cancels more than 24 hours in advance, the full deposit will still be retained as a cancellation fee. Rebooking is allowed only once and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If the client does not reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment, the deposit is forfeited. If the client cancels a rebooked appointment, the deposit is forfeited without exception. GleamUp Detailing reserves the right to cancel a service if the client is more than 15 minutes late without prior communication. The deposit will still be charged in full.
